About tokipick
Our Mission
"What time should we meet with our overseas team members?"
Scheduling across time zones is a tedious, time-consuming task for many people. Calculating time differences, checking local times for each person, finding a time that works for everyone. Going back and forth over email and chat without being able to settle on a date. Sound familiar?
tokipick was created to solve this problem simply. Just share a URL, and candidate times are displayed in each participant's local time with responses tallied automatically. No more tedious time zone calculations or endless email threads.
What We Value
Simplicity
Scheduling doesn't need complex features. Create an event, share a URL, collect responses, pick a date. We focus on just these four steps, eliminating unnecessary features and confusing UI.
Instant Accessibility
No registration, no app installation. Just open a URL and start using it immediately. We aim to make it so intuitive that everyone on a team can use it without hesitation, regardless of technical skill.
Privacy Protection
We collect only the minimum necessary data and auto-delete everything after 30 days. No email registration required. We never use user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
How We're Different
Most existing scheduling tools present all candidates and have everyone respond. This works well when everyone is in the same timezone, but when multiple timezones are involved, participants need to understand times in different zones — a common source of confusion.
tokipick is designed with timezones as the primary consideration. It auto-detects each participant's timezone from their browser and displays all candidate times in local time. Additionally, the organizer pre-filters candidate times, reducing the response burden on participants and enabling more efficient scheduling.
Our Story
tokipick was born from a real experience working with an international team. Coordinating regular meetings with members across the US, Europe, and Asia meant spending significant time on timezone calculations and back-and-forth emails.
We tried existing tools, but they either handled timezones poorly or required everyone to sign up before getting started. None of them made it easy for the whole team to just jump in. The thought "Why can't I just send a URL and have everyone see times in their own timezone?" sparked the creation of tokipick.
Our development motto was "Keep it as simple as possible, but make timezone handling perfect." We stripped away unnecessary features while obsessing over timezone conversion accuracy and usability. We continue to improve with this simplicity at heart, guided by user feedback.
